    The Aviation Sector is governed by various legal regimes. "A Comparison of the Sources of Law illustrated by the Requirements for the PPL(A)" compares the International legal order with the European legal order and highlights the differences that exist between the Convention on International Civil Aviation and EU Regulation 1178/2011 at the example of the requirements for the Private Pilot Licence Aeroplane.
