Abstract Ein Skill- und Grade-Mix in Ausbildung und Praxis ist nach der Gesetzesnovelle des Gesundheits- und Krankenpflegegesetzes 2016 durch die Erweiterung der Kompeten-zen und Tätigkeiten immer wieder Thema. Inhalt der vorliegenden Masterarbeit ist die große Bedeutung der Wissensvermittlung und die dazugehörige praktische Umset-zung, welche bereits in den Ausbildungen der jeweiligen Pflegeberufe passieren muss. Dadurch wird bei den Auszubildenden ein Selbstverständnis für ein regelgeleitetes, professionelles Handeln geschaffen. Es werden auf Basis der gesetzlichen Rahmen-bedingungen und Ausbildungsverordnungen, die Vorteile eines ausbildungsübergreifenden praktischen Unterrichts aufgezeigt. Dies bietet den Auszubildenden die Chance, die Schnittstellen innerhalb der Pflegeberufe bereits während ihrer Ausbildung kennenzulernen und zu trainieren. Durch Internalisieren der Inhalte kann bei Berufs-eintritt die notwendige fachliche Kompetenz aufgewiesen werden kann. Die Möglichkeiten der Implementierung in der jeweiligen Ausbildung werden im theoretischen Teil mit Fachliteratur begründet. Der Bogen wird aber auch in die Praxis gespannt. Mithilfe einer empirischen, qualitativen Befragung von Pflegepersonen und Auszubildenden aller drei Pflegeberufe wird der derzeitige Wissenstand zu den gesetzlichen Rahmenbedingungen erhoben. Das Vorhandensein eines motivierten, beruflichen Selbstverständnisses bei Berufseintritt und die Möglichkeiten eine langfristige Wissenssicherung in der Praxis werden ebenso aufgezeigt, wie die Möglichkeiten der Umsetzung und Implementierung in den Ausbildungen und eventuell auch Schulungen für bereits Berufstätige. Die Wissensweitergabe in Form von Kommunikation, Information und Schulung bilden die Basis für das Berufsbild der Pflege, welches eine professionell Handlungskompetenz voraussetzt.Abschließend wurde das theoretische Fachwissen mit den Ergebnissen aus der qualitativen Befragung zusammengeführt, interpretiert und diskutiert.

Abstract According to the amendment of the Health and Nursing Act 2016, a mix of skills and education in training and practice is a recurring topic due to the expansion of compe-tencies and activities. The content of the present master thesis is the importance of knowledge transfer and the associated practical implementation, which already has to happen in the education of the respective nursing professions, thereby creating a selfunderstanding for the trainees for a rulegoverned, professional acting. Based on the legal framework conditions and training regulations, the advantages of crosstraining practical instruction are highlighted. This offers trainees the opportunity to become acquainted and trained the interfaces within the nursing care during their education. By the internalization of these skills the trainees will have improved the starting conditions for their career entry. The possibilities of implementation in the respective train-ing are justified in the theoretical part with specialist literature. In addition, the competences are transfered into practical daily routine. Using an empirical, qualitative survey of careers and trainees of all three nursing professions, the current state of knowledge on the legal framework is surveyed. The existence of a motivated, professional selfperfection at the time of employment and the possibilities of a longterm conservation of knowledge in practice are indicated, as well as the possibilities of transfer and implementation in the training and optionally the training for already working people. The transfer of knowledge in the form of communication, information and training form the basis for the occupational profile of nursing, which presupposes a professional ability to act.Combining the theoretical knowledge with the results of the qualitative survey led to interpretation and discussion of the results.
