In social economy organizations of the health service, projects for a change or an organizational development. Employee participation is a decisive factor for success. In this Master thesis the impact of the project implementation on the current implementation done by the employees is investigated and analyzed using the triangulated research approach based on the implemented project "Nursing Interventions with plants for indoor places" of the residential home Gibeleich (Opfikon / Switzerland). The theoretical background is the theory of organizational development and the model of the 12 success factors in change processes according to Gerkhardt and Frey (2006: 48-59). The results demonstrate that the low number of trained employees, the communication about the project and the attitude of the executives have an impact on today's project implementation. A certain number of employees approach the project with a positive attitude and willingness. The TOP management must decide how to continue the project under certain conditions. |
