The COVID-19 pandemic triggered by SARS-CoV-2 has favored a digitalization of work processes in the wake of lockdowns. This has not only led to the establishment of telecommuting but has also brought to the fore ethical and legal issues arising in the deployment of robots and algorithms in the context of the employment relationship. This paper traces their intersections. |
