This paper, published in the special issue "Psychodrama and Social Change" of the Zeitschrift für Psychodrama und Soziometrie sheds light on the common roots of Psychodrama, Humanistic Psychology and Peace Research as an academic discipline after World War II. From there it describes creation, history and character of transrational peace philosophy and elicitive conflict transformation, the latest state of the art in Peace Studies, in the context of the objective and rapid transformation of conflict in the international field. Further it emphasizes the importance of cooperation between the respective disciplines.
